Hourly Rates

Vacataires are paid Σ (validated hours × rate). A class is priced at the rate set below for the cycle it belongs to; otherwise it falls back to the teacher's own flat rate. Set a rate to 0 only if that's really the intent — an unset stage is not the same as zero.
