Password Reset Requests
Recover a family account
For a parent or guardian who cannot get in and cannot receive the reset email. Search by name or email, confirm you know who you are speaking to, and open a recovery. Their institution is taken from where their child is enrolled — you can only recover a family at your own school.
Incoming Requests
Staff who submitted the "Forgot password?" form. Resolving generates a new temporary password — relay it to them directly.
